Q-Seal 290S is a tough and durable polyurethane resin sealant designed to encapsulate, protect and insulate wire loop detectors and actuated intersections. Effectively seals out moisture and provides exceptional chemical resistance to de-ice and salts, anti-freeze, gasoline, motor oil, hydraulic brake fluid, and other hydrocarbons. Q-Seal provides superior adhesion to wires and sawcuts in concrete and asphalt. Application does not require mixing or heating. Permits vehicle traffic immediately after application, with no need for lane closure. DOT approved by most states. Q-Seal 290S is a low VOC product meeting SCAQMD Rule 1168 standards.
